**Job Summary**:
As a Revenue Operations Manager at Trellis, you will play a crucial role in streamlining and enhancing the efficiency of our sales, marketing and customer success efforts. This role involves aligning sales, marketing, and customer service efforts, managing revenue tools and platforms, and providing insights and strategies to maximize revenue growth.
This cross-functional position requires a blend of analytical skills, technological know-how, strategic thinking, and a strong understanding of sales, marketing and customer success principles, particularly in the eCommerce or software-as-a-service (SaaS) industries.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:
Monthly Revenue Growth, Sales Cycle Length, Lead Conversion Rate. Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Churn Rate, Sales Forecast Accuracy, Pipeline Velocity, Win Rate, Quota Attainment, Revenue per Sales Rep, Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), Revenue from New Products, Upsell/Cross-sell Revenue, Sales and Marketing Alignment, Customer Satisfaction Score, NPS (Net Promoter Score), Revenue Leakage, Sales Rep Onboarding Time

**What does Success look like**:
Success in the Revenue Operations Manager role is characterized by significant improvements in revenue-related metrics and seamless integration across sales, marketing, and customer service functions. The manager will optimize processes, enhance the use of technology, and provide actionable insights that drive growth and efficiency. Achieving and surpassing KPIs such as monthly revenue growth, improved lead conversion rates, and reduced customer churn are key indicators of success. The Revenue Operations Manager will foster a culture of collaboration and data-driven decision-making, ensuring the alignment of all revenue-generating activities and driving sustainable business growth.

**Primary Activities**:
1. Process Optimization: Streamline and optimize all revenue-related processes across sales, marketing, and customer service.
2. Data Management: Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of revenue-related data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
3. Technology Integration: Manage and integrate revenue technology platforms to ensure they support business objectives and enhance efficiency.

**Regular Work Activities**:
1. Analyze sales, marketing, and customer service data to identify trends and opportunities.
2. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and drive revenue growth.
3. Develop and implement strategies to improve lead conversion rates and reduce churn.
4. Monitor and report on key revenue metrics to the executive team.
5. Manage CRM and other revenue-related software tools.
6. Train and support sales and marketing teams in using technology and processes effectively.
7. Conduct regular audits of revenue processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
8. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for tracking revenue performance.
9. Coordinate with finance to ensure accurate revenue forecasting and budgeting.
10. Implement best practices for sales and marketing operations.
11. Facilitate regular meetings between sales, marketing, and customer service teams.
12. Oversee the implementation of new revenue strategies and initiatives.
13. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
14. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
15. Manage the onboarding process for new sales reps to reduce ramp-up time.
16. Identify and address any issues impacting revenue generation.
17. Maintain a repository of process documentation and best practices.
18. Coordinate with external vendors and partners as needed.
19. Conduct training sessions and workshops for continuous improvement.
20. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
