**Position Summary**

We have an exciting opportunity to solve challenging problems and make a difference as a Project Coordinator for Safety Studies. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating various projects, ensuring timely and effective communication, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to define project goals, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met and milestones are achieved.
- Schedule and assign tasks internally, monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
- Oversee testing and implementation of new software technologies;
- Coordinate with product and development teams to help them better understand customer requirements

**Skills/Qualifications**
- Degree or diploma in business, project management, or a related field.
- Experience working in an agile startup environment is an asset;
- Proven track record of solving ambiguous problems with an unclear path forward;
- Self-starter, results oriented, exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities;
- Excellent time management, analytical, and problem solving skills;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Humble attitude and willing to learn;
- Willingness to work overtime

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
