Production Line Lead- Mama Yolanda's Gourmet Lasagna

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Line Lead to join our manufacturing team. The Line Lead will be responsible for overseeing the production process on a designated line, ensuring that all quality and productivity standards are met.

**AT MAMA YOLANDA’S GOURMET LASAGNA OUR PRODUCTION ASSEMBLY WORKERS HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO**:

- Lead and supervise a team of operators to ensure that all production targets are met.
- Monitor the production process to ensure that all products are manufactured to the required quality standards.
- Identify and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the production process and make necessary adjustments to the process to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Ensure that all safety procedures are always followed by all team members.
- Train and mentor new team members on the production process and equipment usage.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports, ensuring that all data is entered into the system in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the production process.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all production goals are achieved.

**PRODUCTION ASSEMBLY WORKER POSITION REQUIREMENTS**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a lead or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of production processes and equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
