**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop individualized learning plans based on each student's unique needs and learning styles.
- Utilize effective teaching strategies to engage students and enhance their understanding of the material.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve academically.
- Assist students with homework assignments and exam preparation.
- Create a positive and encouraging learning environment that fosters student confidence and motivation.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other educational professionals to support student learning objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and session notes.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Math.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to educate effectively using various teaching methods tailored to individual learning styles.
- Proficiency in using computer software for educational purposes is a plus.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students succeed academically.
- A background in classroom teaching or tutoring is highly desirable.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 2 per week

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- teaching: 1 year (preferred)
- Tutoring: 1 year (preferred)
