**Position**:
We are looking for a** Corporate Groups Reservations Agent** to join our team. Reporting to the Sales Supervisor, you have a passion for delighting our customers in a dynamic environment. You are a sophisticated concierge professional who knows how to get things done, on time, and with a smile.

**Skills and experience required**:

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service in the tourism & hospitality sector.
- Telephone sales, event planning, and group facilitation skills.
- Experience working in an office environment and using the Microsoft Office suite.
- An interested in learning sales and marketing software.

**You will**:

- Oversee and actively manage all corporate and group reservations.
- Coordinate familiarization tours for potential new corporate business, in collaboration with the Sales Supervisor, as required.
- Prepare proposals, quotes, and process deposits for any new group inquiries.
- Support the Reservations Team with booking accommodations, moorage, camping, guided fishing, rental boats, and other services offered by NMA.
- Finalize logistics details (arrivals, departures, contingency plans) for all group bookings.
- Compile group information including, but not limited to, emergency contact information, all-weather gear sizing, room allocations, adventure itineraries, food allergies, on-site event plans, fishing licensing, and so on.
- Facilitate additional organizational requirements such as fish tags, derby plaques, and luggage tags.
- Provide group information packages and other printed collateral to Resort Managers before group arrival.
- Plan logistics around arrivals, departures, load requirements, and other travel needs (i.e. floatplane, coach companies, and other transportation providers).
- Provide welcome letters, coordinate experience add-ons, and arrange payments with group lead.
- Respond to last-minute changes ensuring the full delivery of expectations.
- Manage after-hours guest service needs when required.
- Accurately collect and store guest information to maintain an up-to-date groups database.
- Follow up with past and existing groups to rebook.

**Compensation**:
This is a permanent full-time position based out of our Head Office in Courtenay, B.C. The compensation range is $50-$60K annually with the eligibility for extended benefits after 3 months of successful employment.
