We are currently hiring for a** Bread Baker - Morning Shift **to join our team in Milton. Must be able to start work at 5:00am, six days/week (including weekends).
- will take pride in producing high quality bread products;
- is eager to learn;
- will follow La Rose standards and guidelines when baking;
- is a dedicated team member

**What You Will Do**:

- Produce quality bread products following standard company procedures;
- Responsible for the full preparation and stocking of the bread department;
- Responsible for the opening and/or closing functions of the department;
- Ensure your work area, tools and supplies, are organized and sanitary;
- Verify that all batches are produced during your shift;
- Performs other duties as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Baking experience (preferably in a retail environment);
- Flexibility to work weekends;
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
- Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills;
- Perform basic mathematical functions;
- Exceptional attendance record;
- Lifting of products up to 75lbs.
