Overview:
**Position: Human Resources Generalist**

**Responsibilities**:

- Spearhead the onboarding, offboarding, and performance management processes.
- Develop and implement workforce strategies to attract and nurture top-tier talent.
- Oversee payroll systems for our Canadian operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate engaging events aimed at recognizing and celebrating employee dedication.
- Champion initiatives for employee retention and professional development.
- Drive the implementation of company culture, values, and policies.
- Maintain accurate employee records through meticulous data entry and upkeep.
- Play a pivotal role in investigations and disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Ensure health and safety protocols are effectively managed and adhered to.
- Maintain a consistent presence across all branches, including locations in Cambridge, Stratford, and Alma.

**About You**:

- Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2-4 years of prior experience in Human Resources or a related field.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
- Experience in conflict resolution is a plus.
- Strong understanding of labor and employment laws.
- Ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

Pay: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
