We are looking for an Office Coordinator to join our thriving medical practice that provides excellent care, with dignity and compassion. The Office Coordinator will help guide our team by fostering an environment of respect, efficiency, learning and ongoing improvement.

Highland Family Practice is a group of 8 Family Physicians, providing full-service care to our community. Our team includes our dedicated MOA’s and Primary Care Network Clinicians. We value kindness and timely access to safe care for all.

**Salary - **Wage is negotiable, starting at $30/hr. We value experience.

**Schedule - **4 - 5 days per week (flexible)

**Vacation - **15 working days per year after the first 6 months. Then 20 working days after 3 years.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Human Resources (staff management, hiring, scheduling, payroll)**:

- **Finance (managing clinic budget, banking)**:

- **Office management (building management, planning meetings, process improvement)**:

- **IT (maintain website, phone message, coordinate with external EMR/IT support)**:

- **MOA duties as required**

**Must have**:

- Office management experience
- 3-5 years of administrative management or clerical experience in an office
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict management skills
- Computer literacy
- Organization and project management skills
- Fluent English - verbal and written

**Bonus**:

- Experience in a medical office - manager or MOA
- Post-secondary degree
- Medical Terminology certificate
- Accounting skills
- MSP billing experience
- We strongly encourage, and support, our Office Coordinator to be involved in continuing professional development, and collaboration with other clinic managers and the local Division of Family Practice._

**Salary**: $30.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
