**COMPANY OVERVIEW**

**POSITION**

The ideal General Manager will oversee all studio functionality including sales, service, and Pilates classes.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- 2+ years of general manager experience in retail, fitness, or service industries. Assistant general manager experience will be considered.
- Enjoys leading by example in a fast-changing environment with broad accountability.
- Confident in generating personal sales, and training sales reps.
- Demonstrated ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgement.
- An affinity and passion for fitness.
- Highly organized, able to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Professional, punctual, reliable, and neat.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information.
- Proficiency with computers including knowledge of CRM and/or POS software.
- English fluency.

**DUTIES**
- Ability to manage and drive 4 revenue streams: memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training.
- Leads by example including working in the sales processes.
- Oversee studio KPIs and software including revenue reports, membership attendance reports, retention, etc.
- Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio. This includes digital campaigns, grass roots events, partnerships, and networking.
- Hire/supervise sales representatives, and with support from the studio head instructor, hire/manage all instructors.
- Manage staff schedules.
- Coordinate with vendors, ensuring that studio retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory counts.
- Independently make decisions to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio.
- Enforce policies and procedures.
- Ensure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature is stocked and visible.
- Any other duties as assigned.

**COMPENSATION & BENEFITS**

This position offers:

- Commission paid on sales.
- Opportunity to bonus, based on performance.
- Ability to influence the design of the compensation package such as benefits, commission, and bonus structure.
