**Job Profile**:

- To arrange interviews and recruit through an efficient hiring process.
- Maintain employment records and coordinate all paperwork involved.
- Process Payroll.
- Must have efficient knowledge of MS Office, Word, Outlook, Excel.
- Must be organized and a multi tasker. We want to see a committed and approachable individual and be impressed with your character and skills.

The goal will be to provide excellent assistance and support to employees and managers.
- Process biweekly payroll for approximately 200 employees located in several stores’ province wide.
- In charge of pre & post recruitment process.
- Develop and maintain staffing employment records.
- Manage and screen store schedules as per corporate guidelines.
- Support all HR activities.
