**About Us**:
We are a growing retail business specializing in disc golf and pickleball equipment. With our newly launched line, Brant Pickleball Shop, we are looking for a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team for a 3-month part-time contract. You will help us grow our online presence, engage with our community, and promote our unique products through innovative digital marketing strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns for both the Disc Golf Store and Brant Pickleball Shop.
- Optimize content for SEO to increase visibility and drive traffic to the website.
- Track and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, making data-driven adjustments.
- Collaborate with the team to create promotions, special events, and offers to attract customers.
- Assist in managing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.
- Engage with the online community and respond to customer inquiries and feedback.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in retail or e-commerce.
- Strong understanding of social media management, SEO, and content creation.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital marketing tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinker with a passion for sports, especially disc golf or pickleball (preferred but not required).

**Contract Details**:

- 3-month contract, part-time (approx. 20 hours per week). Ability to go longer if it's the right fit - this is a BRAND new role for us
- Competitive hourly rate.
