Confirm flights from DFI (Daily Flight Information) ensuring the meal plan corresponds with the daily flights.
- Print tags for premium and pre-ordered meals as reflected in the APLMs.
- Print labels for food trolleys from IFCS and ensure production staff are using the correct size of trolley for every tag.
- Use the airline reservation system to maintain updates for all airline meal increases/decreases for passengers and crew meals, STD/EDT changes, and emergency flights and communicate to the operations team.
- Develop all POD’s for every delivery with accuracy ensuring the logistics department has copies prior to orders leaving the production facility.
- Maintain consistent communication with Logistics and the operations team regarding all production or delivery issues affecting delivery or pick up times and communicate to our clients and/or suppliers of any delay.
- Support operations by producing and updating the required daily food audit and production documentation accurately and submitting it to the Shift Lead/Production Manager in a timely manner.
- Provide additional support by setting up production paperwork and task list on clip boards for each station.
- Maintain inventory of all production office supplies and orders as required
- Inputs production numbers into the internal VPS system daily
- Produce all labels for daily production with accuracy
- Processes orders from clients daily
- Maintain all meeting notes at weekly/daily managers/department meetings
- Answer phone and direct calls as required
- Assist with production when necessary
- Special projects as assigned by the Plant Manager/ Production Manager(s)
- Always Maintaining a professional demeanor
- Other duties as assigned

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
