**Job Title**: Inside Sales
**Location**: 26 Capital Circle, Saskatoon, SK
**Job Duties and Responsibilities**
- Sets sales goals for the year with the sales manager and achieves them by maintaining competitive margins, quick responses to quote requests, working with vendors to supply special requests, and following up regularly on quotes and job leads with customers
- Design and price effective irrigation systems, septic systems, pump and well systems, and price civil construction pipe and fittings
- Offer great customer service with integrity, honesty, and credibility, maintaining strong relationships with customers by providing intelligent solutions - from selling individual parts to designing and quoting turn-key irrigation systems.
- Monitor quote success rates and watch for trends; keeping details on reasons for unsuccessful quotes
- Attend year-round training sessions and product knowledge seminars
