Our **Milton **location is currently looking for a **Machine Operator/Labourers **that are highly motivated and process-focused individual to work on our door production line and to grow with our expanding company. We will train the new Operators to run both our residential and commerical lines and they will learn the full production process including: the preparation and set up of the Manufacturing Lines, how to load raw materials, set gauges, change over stamps and produce door panels. They will learn how the team functions and finishes product including adding seals, endcaps, cutting and insert windows into Garage Door panels.

The new Machine Operator will learn to lead their team from start to finish based on production schedule, and will understand and lead to team in moving finished building materials off the production line and to wrapping, packing and shipping department. This position requires the williness to learn/use leadership and time management skills. Together with other team members, the Machine Operator will works to exceed customer expectations on quality while running the line efficiently with health and safety top of mind.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Running the Manufacturing Line that makes Residential and Commercial door panels
- Learn how to emboss materials used in the door panel making process
- Learn how to change materials, patterns, to make different types of doors
- Learn the process of running a line and specifically for embossing panels
- Learn the finishing end of the production line, ensure quality control, and maintain an emphasis on safety, service, and efficiency through the entire process
- Ensure raw material security and accuracy of production output
- Lead your team in the process of manufacturing using not only production manufacturing protocols, but those of the Joint Health and Safety Committee
- Maintain the general appearance and housekeeping of work areas
- Act as an ambassador of the company with all employees and customers
- Follow all regulations, company policies, and procedures
- Assist other production co-ordinators with planning product runs and producing in a timely manner
- Other duties as assigned by management

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
