For over 15 years, Insta Auto Solutions has been one of Alberta’s fastest-growing independent automotive dealerships — with four busy Edmonton locations and a reputation for quality, volume, and customer care.

We’re looking for a **Service Advisor** who’s experienced, dependable, and ready to take ownership of their role. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced shop, stays organized under pressure, and keeps both customers and technicians on track.

If you take pride in doing things right the first time, managing your own workflow, and keeping paperwork accurate — this is the environment where you’ll excel.

**What You’ll Do**
- Greet and assist service customers, guiding them through the repair process
- Write and manage repair orders with full accuracy and detail
- Review and verify all supporting paperwork, parts, and service invoices
- Communicate effectively between customers, technicians, and management
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure jobs are completed on time
- Maintain follow-ups, status updates, and ensure high customer satisfaction

**What You Bring**
- Minimum 1 year of automotive Service Advisor experience (mandatory)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy in paperwork
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Valid driver’s license

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Compensation**: Based on experience + performance bonuses
**Schedule**: Monday to Friday (Weekends as needed)

Pay: $41,597.86-$82,665.00 per year
