Barrie, Canada Inner Growth Counselling & Psychotherapy Full time

Inner Growth Counselling & Psychotherapy is hiring We are a team of psychotherapists that support children, teens, adults, couples and families in Barrie and virtually across Ontario. We are looking to add a dedicated Psychotherapist who is eager to learn and grow with us to work IN-PERSON part-time. New grads are welcome to apply; NO students.

**Requirements**:

- Masters degree in Counselling Psychology, Social Work or related field
- Member in good standing with CRPO (will consider qualifying applicants) or OCSSW
- Proof of PLI
- Ability to work in-person 2-3 days per week from our Barrie office (min 15 client hours of availability); as well as ability to see clients virtually
- Availability for evenings and/or weekends is required
- Must live within 30min of Barrie for reliable commute to office

**Expectations**:

- Work independently in-person at the office and/or remotely
- Maintenance of own client files and required documentation
- Management of schedule, client payment and collecting fees for services
- Work with kids/teens, individuals, couples & families experiencing a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, disordered eating, ADHD, trauma/PTSD, BPD
- Ability to work with kids 8+ and families is considered an asset
- Experience working with ADHD is an asset

**Current Openings**

1) individual or couples therapist
- room availability on Mondays (morning/evening), Fridays (full-day) and weekends *considering someone in-person part time due to limited room opening
2) individual/couples/child/family therapist
- room availability Monday (morning), Wednesday (morning), Thursday (evening), Friday (full-day) & weekends

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 15-20 per week

**Salary**: $85.00-$100.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Barrie, ON L4N 5R7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
