**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and train cashier staff to ensure efficient operations and excellent customer service.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
- Conduct product demonstrations to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services, providing knowledgeable recommendations.
- Promote technology sales by understanding product features and benefits.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Address customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with management on sales strategies and promotional events.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in cashiering or retail sales is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, particularly in English and another language.
- Knowledge of technology sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Ability to demonstrate products effectively to customers.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork.

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week
