**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Develop and deliver training programs to improve team performance in sales techniques and customer engagement.
- Conduct interviews and assist in the recruiting process to build a strong sales team.
- Maintain high standards of phone etiquette while communicating with customers and clients.
- Oversee cashiering operations, ensuring accuracy in transactions and adherence to company policies.
- Manage payroll processes for the sales team, ensuring timely and accurate compensation.
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for increasing sales and improving overall store performance.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management to ensure product availability for customers.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in sales management with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong training development skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Proficient in interviewing techniques to identify top talent for recruitment purposes.
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills, fostering positive relationships with clients.
- Experience in cashiering or clerical roles is preferred, demonstrating attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of payroll processes is advantageous, ensuring compliance with company standards.
