- Support inventory management and assist in maintaining stock levels as needed.

**Skills**
- Strong training development skills with the ability to mentor and guide team members.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information.
- Knowledge of phone etiquette to provide a professional experience for customers.
- Proven sales experience with a focus on achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
- Familiarity with recruiting processes to attract top talent for the organization.
- Experience in cashiering or clerical roles, demonstrating attention to detail in financial transactions.
- Understanding of payroll systems and processes to ensure accurate employee compensation.
- Strong sales management abilities to lead teams towards achieving business objectives.
