**Key Responsibilities**:This role involves managing the accounting team, overseeing financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
- Manage and oversee the accounting department, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws, audits, and financial regulations.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with leadership to establish financial strategies and policies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA preferred).
- **Automotive franchise experience**:

- Proven experience as a Controller or in a similar senior accounting role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial management tools.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Automotive experience (not required)
