**Research & Development Assistant**
- Location - Niagara Falls, ON
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:15 am-5:00 pm on site

**New Product Development Assistance**
- Conducting and administering market and product analysis and providing summary report of data collected
- Researching consumer electronics and competitor markets through store and online audits
- Researching and gathering data from factories, ensuring that all information and specifications are correct
- Project compliance checkup to ensure all documents are submitted
**Vendor Management**
- Samples and Inventory Management: ordering, labelling, evaluation, and storage
- Maintaining databases including contact, BOM cost, design, tooling, part number, etc.
- Assist QA with vendor scorecard, audit & certification
**Administrative Support**
- Preparing agendas and materials for internal and external meetings
- Providing administrative support to all team members
- Organize team building events (product launches, department lunches, etc.)
**Other**
- Assisting with the organization of business travel and meetings
- Department organization and processes development
- Effectively completing other duties as assigned by the supervisor/manager
- A college diploma or university degree in Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience conducting competitive analysis and market research is required
- Superior skills with Microsoft Office, Excel capabilities are essential
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative role is an asset
- Clear, concise, and transparent communication skills
- Outstanding research and analysis skills - you can’t wait to dig into the facts
- Strong time management skills and superb organizational skills
