**Certified Pre-Owned Sales Manager Responsibilities**:

- Meets all requirements for Audi Canada and CPO Guidelines
- Maintain optimum inventory mix, ensuring core vehicles (Q3,Q5,A3,A4 ) are in ample supply
- Highlight specific vehicles working with the sales team and marketing department to move individual inventory within a guidelines of 90 days
- Ensure that vehicles taken in on trade, lease grounding and upstream purchases have a health check within 34 hours of arrival.
- Once the state of the vehicle and estimates ae drawn up a decision must be taken whether to recondition as a CPO, used or wholesaler car. On completion of mechanical and cosmetic recondition, schedule completion of photos as per Audi Canada CPO standards
- Load photos and vehicle description, including value added proposition
- Achieve all requirements of applicable bonus and margin programs
- Works with the marketing team to develop monthly online presence and focuses on maximizing sales through all social media
- Maintains and enhances the used vehicle display as well as regular pricing reviews
- Assistant with the sales manager functions such as opening, closing, desk deals and help close sales when needed.
- Remains up to date with training, product and health and safety
- Follows company processes and procedures

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in automotive sales or dealership operations, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales and operations team.
- OMVIC License + G license and clean drivers abstract
