**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the external marketing agency to ensure that nurture campaigns, retargeting ads, online reputation and other methods are active, performing well and hitting predetermined intended outcomes
- Determine current and future marketing methods that can be activated and grown upon to increase our outreach effectively
- Create and manage all internal marketing assets, such as content from a conference, sneak peaks into our office, etc
- Manage and post to our social media pages - FB, Instagram, Youtube, LinkedIn, Tiktok, etc

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Marketing or related field
- 3+ Years Experience in marketing roles
- Experience with Adwords, FB Ads
- Experience manipulating and analyzing on various platforms - Google Analytics, Google Webmaster, etc
- Intimate knowledge of Hubspot or other CRMs
- Certifications from Hubspot (nice-to-have)
- Bilingual in English and French (nice-to-have)
