**E-commerce Specialist**

**About Safyre Labs**

Based in Toronto, Canada, Safyre Labs is an e-commerce and ERP platform, designed to manage the selling and manufacturing of custom made products. The scalable Safyre platform hosts two DTC ecommerce brands, Jewlr and Lee Fiori, to offer customers an innovative personalized jewellery experience.

**Our E-commerce Brands**

Products from both brands are made on-demand in our state-of-the-art workshop located in Toronto, Canada, where we control quality and quickly produce the jewellery our customers love.

**Key Job Responsibilities**
- Work with the Manager of E-commerce Strategy to set the merchandising plan for a newly launching Bridal Jewellery brand. Merchandising the website's products to maximize sales, including organization, categorization, colour selection, cross-sells and recommendations & taxonomy.
- Ideate and build landing pages to assist in the selling of products on site, both informational and shoppable landing pages.
- Assist on website planning the yearly promotions and sales calendar.
- Work with the product team to assist with new product launches. Ensuring the items are merchandised and easy to find on the site.
- Identify areas to improve the navigation experience.
- Build and maintain sales reporting, presenting findings to upper management.
- Maintain our online review and content tagging system and strategy

**Required Expertise**:

- Minimum 2 years work experience in E-commerce, merchandising, retail, marketing, content management, visual communications or related field
- University degree or college diploma in a related field
- Experience working with multiple teams and on projects simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of Google Analytics
- Proven team player who is both flexible and highly adaptable
