We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Performance Tester with AI Experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating the performance, scalability, and reliability of software systems and ensuring they meet the standards for speed and responsiveness under various loads. Leveraging your expertise in performance testing and knowledge of AI/ML, you will enhance traditional testing methodologies with predictive analysis, anomaly detection, and smart test generation to deliver exceptional results. **Technical Skills**:

- Experience with load testing and profiling tools such as Java, Tosca, Selenium, Cucumber & postman.
- Plan, design, and execute performance, scalability, stress, endurance, and load tests for web, mobile, and server-based systems.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize performance testing scripts using tools like JMeter, Gatling, LoadRunner, or Neotys NeoLoad.
- Analyze system performance metrics (CPU, memory, I/O, network) and identify performance bottlenecks or limitations.
- Understanding of Oracle architecture and SQL.
- Strong experience in Database performance fine tuning.
- Should have good understand of message queue architecture.
- Simulate increasing user loads to ensure systems can consistently meet performance and response benchmarks.
- Collaborate with developers and architects to recommend performance tuning and optimization opportunities.
- Implement AI/ML algorithms to predict system performance behaviors and preemptively identify potential bottlenecks.
- Use anomaly detection models to analyze performance metrics and detect abnormalities or patterns in real-time.
- Leverage AI/ML for efficient test generation, workload distribution, and dynamic adjustment of test scenarios.
- Automate performance monitoring by integrating AI-powered tools to identify anomalies across distributed systems.
- Research and adapt emerging AI-based performance testing tools and frameworks to enhance testing precision and efficiency.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, DevOps, and quality engineers, to isolate performance issues and drive resolutions.
- Provide in-depth performance testing reports with actionable insights, both for technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Communicate complex performance issues, trends, and testing results clearly and effectively.
- Advocate for performance best practices and integrate performance testing early in the SDLC.
- Continuously improve and streamline the performance testing process by leveraging tools, frameworks, and automation.
- Maintain thorough documentation for all performance testing activities and AI/ML-based methodologies.

Pay: $65,033.08-$88,670.58 per year
