POSITION DESCRIPTION:
- SAP TM and Test Environment Management: Coordinate SAP TM setup for test
environments and manage test data/ test case creation. Strong expertise in SAP
Transportation Management (TM) and SAP Event Management is a benefit.
- Lead to Cash Proficiency: Demonstrate a strong understanding of key business
domains in Lead to Cash (Quoting, Pricing, Customer Order, and Invoicing).
- Test Case Development: Translate business software/system requirements into
detailed test cases and test sets using standard test management tools. Identify and
create necessary data for executing test cases.
- Test Execution and Defect Management: Efficiently execute test steps and record
results in the test management tool. Document any defects found, including supporting
documentation and recreation steps. Participate in defect review sessions with software
development teams, business analysts, and test leads.
- Peer Review and Quality Improvement: Conduct peer reviews of test cases with
business testers to ensure quality and suggest enhancements for work products.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with delivery, development, test, and business teams to fully
sessions to ensure completeness and traceability, identifying any inconsistencies for
correction.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for the
Quality Engineering process.
- Quality Tracking: Provide input into key metrics to continuously enhance the quality and
effectiveness of IS processes and delivery capabilities.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Post-secondary degree/diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or
equivalent work experience.
- Automated or performance testing experience is a plus.
- Railroad industry knowledge is beneficial.
- Certification in Software Quality (e.g., ASQ - Certified Software Quality Engineer) or
equivalent experience.
- Familiarity SAP TM, SAP EM, ABAP, MQ, PO, ITX highly desireable
- Minimum 5 years of experience with qTest or similar test management tools. Experience
with HP QTP or HP LoadRunner is advantageous.
- Familiarity with SDLC methodologies, including waterfall, iterative, agile, and SAP ASAP.

Contract length: 8 months
Pay: $60.00-$70.00 per hour
