We’re looking for a detail-driven, analytical, and process-oriented **QA Tester / Manual Tester** to join our growing technology team. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring that our software solutions, integrations, and user-facing platforms perform flawlessly — before they ever reach our clients.

What You’ll Be Doing

As part of our QA team, you will:

- Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
- Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
- Identify, document, and track bugs using internal tools (e.g., Jira)
- Conduct regression testing when bugs are resolved or new features are released
- Collaborate with developers, project managers, and stakeholders to understand project goals and user flows
- Ensure the quality and usability of client-facing tools across browsers and devices
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and occasionally work with client teams during pre-launch
- Continuously look for ways to improve QA processes and team efficiency

Who You Are

You are someone who notices things others miss. You’re patient, methodical, and committed to shipping clean, usable software.

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

- 1-3 years of experience in software QA or manual testing
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Familiarity with defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, ClickUp)
- Solid understanding of the software development life cycle
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Great communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Bonus points if you have:

- Experience testing HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM platforms
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript (for light front-end understanding)
- Exposure to automated testing tools (not required, but a plus)
- Experience working in an agency or client-facing environment
