Project Coordinator

MC McLean Contracting Corp. is a growing custom home builder with a broad range of projects, from new construction, renovations, restorations and is also an exclusive Ontario dealer for HONOMOBO homes. With multiple builds across Ontario, including Island builds in Cottage Country, the opportunity to grow with us are plentiful.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Project Coordinator who will communicate with our team to provide our clients with a superior experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion
- Monitor project progress and identify areas where adjustments are needed
- Communicate project status updates to management and other stakeholders
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential project risks
- Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and services needed for project completion
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and other project-related documents

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in construction project coordination, management, or related field
- Solid understanding of construction process, terms, and practices
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel occasionally
- Knowledge of BuilderTrend
- Knowledge in reading blueprints

Commensurate to be based on experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

- Collingwood, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
