Fashion Fit and Spec Technician

Looking for a Fit and Spec Technician with patternmaking experience to work with our Design and Production team

The prime responsibility will be to ensure all garments satisfy quality standards in terms of fit, construction, detailing and workmanship.

Key Responsibilities : Creating initial Tech Packs in a clear, descriptive and timely manner. Tech pack instructions will include target specs, graded specs, labelling and packaging information.

Conduct fit sessions on live models and communicate modifications to overseas suppliers.

Follow up with vendors to ensure that fit samples are sent in a timely manner.

Measure received samples and verify that all specs, fit and workmanship satisfy our quality standards.

Other duties include fabric and color approval.

Qualifications : Diploma in Fashion Design or related field

5 or more years of experience as fit technician/pattern making/grading

Excellent knowledge of garment construction and fit.

Excellent knowledge of Excel and Outlook (Adobe Illustrator asset)

Strong organizational skills
- Detail-oriented Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment

Strong communication skills in English

**Salary**: $41,430.28-$65,782.53 per year
