_**PRAISE ENDURANCE**_ is a Montreal based Running brand that breathes inclusivity, creativity, and passion.

We are currently looking for a knowledgeable Production Coordinator. As part of a small company, your work will be key in the ongoing development of _**PRAISE**_ mission through and through.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop signature fits with design team
- Develop spec packages, measurements and grading for all styles
- Use Adobe Illustrator to show construction details and changes
- Work directly with factories on style development
- Participate in fit sessions to finalize silhouettes that respond to the _**PRAISE ENDURANCE**_customer.
- Problem solve fit and fabric issues as they arise
- Daily communication with suppliers to follow production status of products
- Coordinate approval of garments and spec
- Create production calendars and maintain deadlines
- Organization and follow up of samples through the production stages
- Maintain and update company product chart
- Work to develop maintain and elevate fit standards
- Tracking of proto specs, corrections, and samples
- Proto and material development tracking chart
- PP and TOP check-in
- Performance other duties as assigned
- Work with Design team to execute best product from design intention

**REQUIREMENTS**
- 3-5 years of experience in an equivalent or similar capacity
- Degree in Design Fashion required
- Understanding of all categories - knit, woven, outerwear
- Excellent pattern making knowledge
- Knowledge of active and sportswear fabrics a plus
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Excel
- Experience in developing overseas production
- Experience working in at a start-up is an asset (not required)
- Excellent time management and project planning abilities
- Decision making skills along with problem solving skills
- Effective communication skills; written, verbal in addition to listening skills
- Strong work ethic and a can-do attitude
- Connects with the _**PRAISE ENDURANCE**_ aesthetic
- Ability to manage busy work load with tight deadlines
- Positive attitude, team player, and great enthusiasm
- Ability to receive and communicate feedback effectively
- French and English, written and spoken
