We're looking a full-time **EXPERIENCED** **SERVICE MANAGER** to join our growing team If you love dealing with people and are looking to join the Stony Plain Chrysler family where we treat our customers like family, then we want you This is a full-time position offering an industry leading family-focused work schedule. As the Service Manager, you will report to the Fixed Ops Manager and, as a key player, will be responsible for the entire service department. You will manage all roles including Service Advisors, Technicians, and Warranty.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Overseeing and managing mechanical, lube, and tire services
- Setting quality standards and maintain the quality of shop activities
- Ensuring completion of shop maintenance and repair work
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and professional manner and escalate them to the Fixed Ops Manager when unresolved
- Ensuring technicians’ compliance with company standards regarding quality, safety, and customer service
- Schedule, track, and record staff training
- Manage morale of the shop by setting and demonstrating strong business ethic when dealing with employees, suppliers, and customers
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the shop
- Promote a culture that focuses on exceeding the expectations of our customers
- Collaborate with the Fixed Ops Manager on all business, personnel, and administrative aspects of the Service Department
- Work with the IT/Web Manager on monthly marketing and promotions
- Other duties as required

**Requirements**:

- Service Manager experience
- Previous Service Advisor experience
- Customer service oriented
- Stellantis (FCA/Chrysler) experience
- Effective leadership skills with a strong focus on operations and business processes
- Knowledge of mechanical services
- General knowledge of warranty procedures and policies
- Team player
- Goal driven and self-motivated
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Continuously looking to learn and use new skills and the demonstrated ability to recognize opportunities for improvement
- Flexible, patient, and calm when working with tight schedules
- Availability to work some Saturdays
- Experience with PBS, DealerConnect, and other automotive service systems

- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Stony Plain, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- service advisor: 1 year (preferred)
- Service Manager: 1 year (preferred)
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- DealerConnect: 1 year (preferred)
- PBS: 1 year (preferred)
- Stellantis (FCA/Chrysler): 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- driver's license (preferred)
