**General Purpose**

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Graduate Admissions Coordination and Administration including:

- Supervise student support staff during admissions periods.
- Conduct orientation and cross-training for the CEPS Grad team on admissions procedures and technology.
- Ensure a robust communication process is in place with prospective students and those who have recently accepted offers.
- Data Validation and Reporting
- Maintaining graduate applicant records and perform monthly audits.
- Assist in data management and analysis as assigned.
- Graduate Student Support
- Assisting with student documentation and administrative requirements as directed.
- Update graduate student handbooks and recruitment documents.
- Participate in the development and implementation of student experience activities.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Undergraduate degree in mathematics, data science, computer science, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a role requiring high levels of organization, multitasking, critical thinking, decision-making, and customer service or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- M.Sc. in a science discipline (math, stats, computer science, engineering, physics, chemistry) with computational or data science experience would be considered an asset
- Strong critical thinking, organizational, and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
