The 4 Seasons Powersports Group is looking for a friendly, outgoing, and highly self-motivated individual to join our team as a **Marketing Manager**.

The 4 Seasons Powersports Group is an Automotive and Powersports business in Kenora - Kenora Chrysler and Kenora Powersports, Dryden - Dryden Powersports, and Fort Frances - Badiuk Equipment. With over 30 years of experience, our sales, parts, and service departments provide the best knowledge in the industry

Our **Marketing Manager** will excel in all areas of website branding, social media platforms, video and picture editing, marketing campaigns, and project management.

POSITION DUTIES:

- Create engaging content and edit promotional videos/pictures
- Upload website inventory
- Manage and grow our social media presence on Facebook and Instagram
- Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns
- Ability to manage the marketing budget effectively
- Work with the Sales teams to support and enhance the overall customer experience
- Conduct market research to identify market trends and opportunities
- Other duties as required

SKILLS:

- Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite, Excel, Instagram, Facebook, and editing tools/apps
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize projects, and manage time efficiently
- Strong analytical skills
- Detail-oriented with exceptional critical thinking, multi-tasking, and problem-solving abilities

QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of related experience; or equivalent combination of post-secondary education in Marketing and experience
- Class G driver’s license
- Willing and able to travel to Dryden and Fort Frances, Ontario

**Salary**: $45,000 - $65,000 annually (depending on education and experience)
