**Position: Member Services Representative**

**We’re looking for someone who loves people, thrives in a positive environment, and is passionate about fitness and customer service. As a Member Services Representative, you’ll be the first face people see when they walk through our doors — and a key part of creating the Raw Iron experience.**

**Responsibilities**:
**-Help grow our community by connecting with potential members through tours, referrals, social outreach, and follow-ups.**

**-Achieve and exceed personal membership goals using your enthusiasm and communication skills.**

**-Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting with memberships, account management, and member inquiries.**

**-Create a welcoming and supportive environment for all members and guests.**

**-Be a positive, energetic presence — greeting everyone with a smile and ensuring every visit feels personal.**

**-Maintain a clean, organized, and safe facility.**

**-Communicate current promotions, classes, and events clearly and enthusiastically.**

**-Handle phone calls and inquiries with professionalism and care.**

**-Uphold Raw Iron’s values of respect, honesty, and teamwork in everything you do.**

**Qualifications**:
**-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.**

**-A genuine passion for health, fitness, and helping others.**

**-CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire).**

**-A basic background check will be required for the safety and comfort of our community.**

**Physical Requirements**:
**-Must be comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.**

**-Ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs as part of daily duties.**

Pay: From $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
