**Job Type**: Full-time / Commission-Based (Work From Home)

**About the Role**

We are seeking an **experienced Powersports Sales & Finance Manager** who knows how to close deals and work independently. This is a high-commission position with strong earning potential.

**What You’ll Do**
- Manage the full sales process from lead to delivery
- Handle F&I sales including warranties, protection plans, and financing
- Maintain strong product knowledge of major powersports brands
- Work remotely while coordinating with customers and the dealership

**Requirements**:

- **2+ years experience** in powersports or automotive **sales & F&I**:

- Proven closing skills and strong communication
- Self-motivated and able to manage your own workflow
- Valid driver’s license (motorcycle endorsement a plus)

**Compensation & Benefits**
- Earn up to **80% commission**:

- **Work from home**:

- **Access to two personal assistants** to handle paperwork and admin tasks
- **All holidays off**

**How to Apply**

Pay: $120,000.00-$250,000.00 per year
