Formulation Scientist, Analytical Development

**Job Description Summary**:
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Lead the development and implementation of innovative technologies and analytical strategies for characterizing STEMCELL products
- Design and execute analytical studies to optimize the recipes and formulations of STEMCELL’s intermediates and finished products
- Ensure high quality documentation of analytical methods, results, and presentations for project stakeholders
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across the company to develop strategies to improve product quality, performance, and stability
**Knowledge and Qualifications**
- Experience optimizing lipid nanoparticle and/or protein formulations and implementing various stabilization strategies
- Experience developing analytical methods for the characterization of small molecules, polymers, and/or lipid nanoparticles
- Experience working in the private sector, particularly in a regulated industry (e.g. pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or cannabis), is an advantage
