- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for Canada, aligned with global goals.

**Digital Marketing**:

- Audit existing digital marketing tactics and strategies by brand

- Align Key Account management of key e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Chewy, Zooplus) with each specific brand marketing strategy

**Team Management & Process Improvement**:

- Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and collaboration.
- Implement new systems and processes that improve marketing effectiveness and operational efficiency.
- Monitor performance and analytics to ensure alignment with key business objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 15-20 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in brand marketing, trade show management, digital marketing (including SEO), and partnership promotions.
- Experience working with third-party vendors and managing external partners.
- Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to manage and develop a high-performing team.
- Fluency in both English and French (written and spoken) is required.
- Experience in implementing marketing systems and processes to drive efficiency and innovation.
- Autonomous, results-driven, and adaptable to change.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
