**Job Title**: PMO Director
**Division**: DCC Technology | North America (Jam & Almo)
**Location**: Baie-D’Urfé, QC OR Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid)
**Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
**Reports To**: SVP DT

**What You Will Do**:
As a PMO (Project Management Office) Director, you will create and enforce project management standards, improving processes, and overseeing project execution to ensure they align with organizational goals. Key responsibilities include project planning, resource allocation, budget and schedule control, performance monitoring, risk management, and providing support, tools, and training to project managers and teams across the organization. The PMO acts as a central hub for project-related information and strategy, ensuring consistent project delivery and efficient use of resources.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Standards & Processes: Develop, maintain, and enforce project management methodologies and best practices throughout the organization.
- Project Planning & Prioritization: Oversee the initiation and planning of new projects, ensuring they align with strategic business objectives and are prioritized effectively.
- Resource Management: Facilitate the allocation of resources, such as personnel, budget, and materials, to projects to ensure they are utilized optimally
- Performance Monitoring & Control: Track project progress, key performance indicators (KPIs), budgets, and timelines to identify and mitigate risks and ensure projects stay on track
- Support & Coaching: Provide support, guidance, and training to project managers and teams to improve their project management skills and adherence to standards
- Reporting & Communication: Act as a central point of contact for project information, providing accurate and timely reports to senior management and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the organization
**What We Are Looking For**:
- Educational background: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration is required, with an MBA or other relevant master's degree preferred.
- Strategic thinking: The ability to think strategically, balance short-term objectives with long-term goals, and translate technical concepts into business strategy is essential.
- Analytical skills: Must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Leadership and influence: Possess exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders and drive consensus across departments.
- Project management: Strong project and program management skills are crucial for managing complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Adaptability: Must be able to navigate changing needs and priorities, ambiguity, and tight deadlines.
