**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and lifecycle of our products, ensuring they meet market demands and align with our strategic objectives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive product vision, strategy, and execution.

**Duties**
- Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap based on market research and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
- Utilize project management software to track progress, manage timelines, and ensure alignment across teams.
- Analyze user data and feedback to inform product enhancements and new features.
- Conduct regular meetings using Scrum methodologies to facilitate agile development processes.
- Manage IT governance processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Utilize tools such as Jira and Monday for project tracking.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable tasks for the development team.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies relevant to SaaS solutions.

**Experience**
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role within a technology-focused environment.
- Strong understanding of SaaS products and their lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with databases and data analysis techniques to inform decision-making.
- Experience working within SAFe frameworks is a plus.
- Proficiency in project management software, Jira, Scrum methodologies, and agile practices.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java is advantageous but not required.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets effectively.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
