**Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently manage front desk operations, including greeting and assisting clients, scheduling appointments, and maintaining client records.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure smooth office workflow and excellent client experiences.
- Assist in managing billing and insurance claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed.
- Support marketing efforts by updating online profiles and assisting with social media presence.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare or private practice setting.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in using office software (Microsoft Office, Google Suite) and scheduling systems.
- Familiarity with Jane Management Software is considered an asset.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities to provide exceptional customer service.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.
- Passionate about psychology and mental health, with a desire to contribute to a positive client experience.
