**The Position**

Reporting to the Controller, Accounts Payable Administrator is a core member of the accounting department that directly involved with day to day operations, AP related tasks and bi-weekly payroll in a friendly and dynamic environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Processing international **Accounts Payable** and preparing wire payment packages
- Matching and posting invoices with inventory receiving reports, identifying and analyzing costing variances
- Reviewing and reconciling advance and subsequent payments, key expense accounts and credit card transactions
- Communicating with suppliers and responding to inquiries
- Processing bi-weekly **Payroll **and maintaining employee database
- Other accounting tasks as assigned

**Essential Qualifications**
- Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent)
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in AP and Payroll
- Positive and upbeat personality
- A focused, detail oriented approach to complete tasks with high level of accuracy is paramount
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information discreetly
- Must demonstrate the capacity of critical thinking and problem solving
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both in writing and verbal
- Organized, take initiative, dependable and exhibiting high degree of professionalism

**Optional Qualifications**
- Experience with Ceridian Powerpay is an asset
- Ability to read Mandarin is an asset

**Compensations and Benefits**
- $60,000 annual salary
