**Shift**:7.5 Hour Shifts; Monday to Friday, Days (overtime required and potential on-call)

**Summary**:
Position Responsibilities:

- Work with Database Analysts to maintain data and database systems
- Work within existing software change management procedures to implement software updates, packaging, and deployment.
- Provides technical, development, and reporting expertise to the corporate and integrated environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or University Degree with a major in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related discipline.
- Post-secondary diploma in business administration
- 3-5 years recent work experience related to key accountabilities and responsibilities
- Required experience working and development on a code base using Java scripting, Python, or C++,
- Experience using DevOps tools such as GitHub and GitLab and writing Powershell scripts
- Preferred knowledge on Infor Business Class (Table) Structures
- Preferred working experience in Infor technical components - integration using ION API, IPA customizations (Infor process flows technology used for automating business processes)
- Preferred working experience in Sharepoint
- Experience using staff scheduling, payroll, finance, human resources, and purchasing software.
- Proven experience with custom development.
- Thorough understanding of corporate workflows.
- Experience with SQL, Crystal Reports, and related RDBMS tools.
- Ability to design custom and ad hoc reports.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of staff, stakeholders and vendors.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Very strong customer service orientation.
- Able to handle multiple and changing priorities and coordinate available resources accordingly.
- Experience with building, modifying, and supporting an Infor environment is preferred.
