Manage field staff and in-office staff for the delivery of HVAC and insulation installs across the province. Oversee teams responsible for tasks and processes including, but not limited to:
- Program operations related to direct install and quality control of HVAC/Insulation measures in residential homes.- Coordination and communication with delivery team, in field team and management- Delivery and quality assurance w/adherence to program guidelines and service level agreements- Project and/or process management- Manage experienced professionals who exercise latitude and independence in their assignments.- Work with subcontractors and suppliers for equipment procurement and installations (HVAC & Insulation)- Data Management for Program Support, Field Support, & Business - Development Support- Manage customer and client escalations

You’re a great fit if you have- 5-8 years relevant experience- 4+ years people management- Bachelor’s Degree preferred- Experience in the HVAC industry preferred

Targeted Compensation:
$94,248 - $110,000 / year CAD

Compensation Range

$94,248.00 - $157,080.00
