**Position Summary**:

**Job Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling, meeting minutes, communications, social media, and coordination of meetings, ensuring that all stakeholders, both internal and external, are well-informed and aligned with the organization’s goals.

Maintains client and program information using spreadsheets/or database software

Provide administrative support to Program Manager, ensuring efficient workflow and information sharing
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with the capacity to communicate complex information in a clear and accessible way to diverse audiences.
- Team Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being capable of independent initiative.
- Emotional Intelligence (EI): Ability to build strong relationships through empathy, active listening, and conflict resolution. An understanding of the importance of psychological safety and how to create supportive environments for staff and clients.
- Problem Solving & Adaptability: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in office tools and software such as Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks, and human resource management systems (HRMS). Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects, prioritize tasks, and ensure deadlines are met while maintaining a focus on the organization's overall mission.
- Demonstrated ‘can-do’ attitude with a strong demonstrated focus on strengthening the family by breaking the cycle of abuse.

**Work Environment**:
This role is based in a nonprofit office environment that values teamwork, collaboration, and community-centered approaches. The Program Coordinator will engage in both internal operational tasks and external-facing projects, helping to build stronger ties with the community and contributing to Tri-City Transitions Society's mission to support and empower individuals. The scale of responsibilities may vary depending on the organization's immediate needs, requiring the Program Coordinator to be adaptable and responsive to changing priorities.
