Full Speed Builders Ltd. is growing rapidly and seeking career-minded individuals interested in a dynamic, challenging, and rewarding working environment.

Our head office is searching for a **Controller / Administrator. **Workload will be part time (2 days per week) with potential for future full-time employment.

**Primary responsibilities for this position include**:

- Bookkeeping duties managed through a construction management and accounting program: Invoicing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Government Remittances, Job-Cost Tracking, Cash-Flow Management, and Payroll functions.
- Ongoing maintenance of master files for vendors, customers, and equipment in the construction management system.
- Administrative duties including the preparation of various documents, serving as initial point of contact for the head office.

**Required Qualifications / Experience**:

- Proficiency in bookkeeping software.
- Past experience with _Jonas Premier _system is extremely beneficial.
- Previous administrative experience is beneficial.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour
