Emerson has an immediate opening for a Customer Communicator - Bilingual reporting to the Customer Support Manager. In this position, you would be responsible for performing a range of customer and sales support activities while providing a strong customer focus.

**AS A CUSTOMER COMMUNICATOR, YOU WILL**:

- Provide bilingual Customer support.
- Ensure an action oriented, accountable and accurate approach to data entry or response to purchase orders, RGA’s, warranty, invoicing, credits, and technical assistance with special attention to any applicable expedited orders.
- Liaise with Sales Managers and technical Product Support staff.
- Develop & maintain customer profiles and databases, issue/update Customer Pricing Quotations.
- Escalate inquiries/issues/opportunities when appropriate.

**WHO YOU ARE**:You use planning tools and software. You focus on creating an effective collaborative style. You build the customer relationships.

**REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS**:

- 1+ years’ experience in Customer Service/Sales Support
- Strength / comfort with Microsoft, Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, and Microsoft Access
- Fluency in French (verbal and written)
- College/bachelor’s degree (recent graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Talent for continuous training, self-development and understanding of new and/or technical content
- Strong customer support orientation

**PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS**:

- 3+ years’ experience in customer service and sales experience
- Translation skills/experience would be an asset
