Kemptville District Hospital is seeking a Health Information Management Professional to join our growing team, on a permanent part-time basis.

**Qualifications**
- Health Information Professional Diploma or equivalent; Health Record Administrator or Health Record Technician Diploma from an accredited college;
- Two years’ experience as a Health Information Professional;
- Current registration with Canadian Health Information Management Association (CHIMA);
- Working knowledge of privacy legislation;
- NACRS and DAD coding experience;
- Experience with an EMR Coding Software (an asset);
- Computer literacy and competency;
- Commitment to continuing education;
- Office and filing skills;
- Excellent interpersonal skills.

**Starting wage**:
$30.43/hr

**Please note**: In order to work in a healthcare facility, the Public Hospitals Act 1990, Regulation 965 requires all employees to provide proof of up-to-date immunization/vaccines for the following diseases: Tuberculin Skin Testing (TB), Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR), Varicella (Chicken Pox), Hepatitis B, Tetanus/Diphtheria (DTap), Influenza (during flu season) and three COVID shots. This proof must be provided to our Occupational Health Office in order to be cleared to work.
