The Collection Support Service role supports multiple roles and functions. We are looking for a dynamic and organized individual that can complete multiple tasks throughout the day while interacting with and servicing multiple internal and external stakeholders. The role will support the collection department’s daily processes and occasionally support the legal and customer service departments as needed.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide support to the Collections department as required
- Provide daily reporting to management as well as the collection team
- Problem solving, multitasking and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Prepare various daily productivity reports for the collection team
- Process Lien’s (Register and Discharge)
- Perform filing, scanning, and other administrative duties as required
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, (* French considered an asset)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and Windows
- Excellent attention to detail & punctuality
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong data entry/keyboarding skills, and efficiency with the LMS
- Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and resolve problems independently
