The Receptionist will be responsible for maintaining and managing the front desk as well as being the first point of contact to all employees and external visitors to our site. They will partner with all departments to provide office/administrative and project support.

Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Managing visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately- Maintain security and telecommunications system- Manage mail and all courier services- Maintain office supplies and courier supplies- Assist HR, Environment, Health and Safety/Facility Services with various Admin functions (MSDS entry into spreadsheet, risk assessment entry into Atlas database, SOP conversions.)- Work with IT to maintain up to date lists- Assist Sales and Marketing with rep mail-outs, courier shipments, etc.- Track taxi use by cost center and schedule taxi service as required- Scan and submit invoices to AP shared services and follow up on any discrepancies and missing payments- Support legal department with LCM process- Support other departments for various administrative duties- Arrange catering services for on events and meetings- Other duties as assigned

The minimum qualifications for this role are:
- Completion of a post-secondary program along with a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience working as a receptionist and/or providing administrative support in a high volume, fast paced, customer focused environment- A proven ability and willingness to work cooperatively as part of a team and provide support to co-workers as required- Excellent communication skills are required (written and verbal)- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously- Initiative to work with others and a willingness and ability to take on new tasks and responsibilities-
- Confidentiality to protect confidential and sensitive information- Bilingualism, English and French, would be an asset
