AutoCapital Canada Inc. is part of privately-owned Canadian national financial services company with multiple verticals across automotive, consumer, and merchant lending portfolios. We manage the entire lifecycle of the finance receivable from credit adjudication through to contract administration, customer service, default management and post charge-off recoveries. AutoCapital Canada works with Automobile Dealer Partners to help clients finance the purchase of new and used vehicles.

**What your day and week could look like**

Reporting to the Credit Manager, a Credit Analyst plays an essential role in executing on risk strategy while weighing situational risk and issuing quality approvals that expand our portfolio. This includes:

- Answering and responding promptly to inbound calls from dealer partners for prime credit activities.
- Handling all customer requests with service excellence in a timely manner
- Working in a face-paced environment to achieve departmental service level goals.
- Displaying a commitment towards teamwork and collaboration.

- Experience in an Auto Finance company is an asset
